The founding State Aviation Board worked closely with Department staff to finalize policies related to operations and activities at state-owned airports. The following policies were adopted during FY 2002:

 

 

Each policy document was converted into Administrative Rule during FY2003, in strict accordance with requirements of the Oregon Attorney General's Administrative Law Manual, and may be found in OAR Chapter 738 as follows:
