To request copies, to view or get any information, a request in writing must be made to the Civil Rights Division. A request does not have to be on our form, but it does need to be in writing.

When a request is received, the fee will be determined and notification will be sent to the requestor advising of the cost to process their request. Requests will not be processed until payment has been received.
Processing copies generally takes 4 - 6 weeks after a payment is received.
