Conference Cancellation Policy
For a refund (minus a $25 processing fee) you MUST cancel by October 13, 2017.
For cancellations after October 13, 2017, a refund will be issued (minus a $125 fee.)
No refund will be provided after October 27, 2017.
You are welcome to send a substitute in your place if you cannot attend.
Effective July 1, 2017, all Oregon employers must post the updated Oregon Minimum Wage poster.  In addition to the new minimum wage rates, the poster will contain information about the Earned Income Tax Credit.  The poster for July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2018 may be downloaded HERE.

The Discrimination, Harassment and Workplace Accommodations: A Civil Rights Handbook for Oregon Employers was recently updated and is now available.  
The Policy Writing Guidelines Handbook was recently updated.  Now is a good time to review your existing employee handbook for sections to update.
