Food Server Meal Period Waivers and Required Notice
Effective January 1, 2008, tipped food and beverage service workers may elect to waive meal periods under certain conditions, if such requests are made in writing using the forms below.
Employers who allow their food and beverage service workers to waive their meal periods must post the notice below in a conspicuous and accessible place where all empoyees can view it:
