Federal Davis-Bacon Act rates may be amended at any time. As of April 1st, 2010, the Bureau of Labor and Industries will only publish the comparison rates twice each year pursuant to ORS 279C.815. If you need assistance in determining what rate to use on projects that are subject to both State PWR and the Federal Davis-Bacon Act please contact the PWR Coordinator at 971.673.0839.
