The office is open Monday-Friday, 8:30-4:30 p.m., except for state government holidays (below) and mandated furloughs (see below). However, with only two part-time staff, there may be times when one or both staff members are out of the office due to vacation/sick days, lunch breaks, or Board meetings.
Customer service is important to us! If you wish to meet with someone in person at the office, we encourage you to call in advance to schedule an appointment. We are available by phone or email most times during the business day, and typically respond to email or phone messages within one business day of receipt.
All forms are available on-line, and we continue to improve the information available on our website so that answers to frequently asked questions are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
