Heading West on I-84
Take I-84 west, as you approach downtown and the freeway's end, take the CITY CENTER/ OREGON CITY exit. (It is the second lane from the left). Follow the sign to OREGON CITY, it is on the left and will place you on a single track ramp curving you off to the left toward the East side of Portland. (If you cross the river you are going the wrong way). The ramp will place you on SE Belmont Street. Get into the center lane and follow Belmont street to SE 12th Avenue.
Turn Left on SE 12th and follow it for 3 blocks to the Agency.
We are located at the corner of SE 12th and Washington at 535 SE 12th Ave. The front entrance to the Agency is on the corner of SE 12th and Washington across the street from the old Washington High School. You can park on the street or in the parking lot which is located on the corner of SE 11th
Heading North on I-5
Take I-5 north, stay on I-5 north (do not get onto the 205) and follows the signs to The Dalles and I-84 east. As you approach downtown Portland, I-5 north will carry you across the Marquam bridge. Get into the far right lane as you cross over the bridge and take exit 300, OMSI/Central Eastside Business Dist. At the stop sign take a left onto Water Avenue, after about five blocks it curves to the right and turns into SE Stark Street. Follow SE Stark until you reach SE 11th Avenue. Turn right on SE 11th Ave. and then take your first left on SE Washington.

Heading South on I-5
