The Broadband Mapping Project under the State Broadband Data Development Program gathers and reports on broadband infrastructure and service data from broadband providers. It also identifies and reports the location of Community Anchor Institutions and the broadband services available in those areas. The National Telecommunications and Technology Administration (NTIA) selected the following seven community anchor institution (CAI) categories and Oregon further defined what community institutions were contained in each anchor category.
The Oregon Community Anchor Institutions defined below are included on the statewide map. Individual anchor institutions may be located on the map using the Search function.
