Project Management Office
About the Project Mgmt Office
The Project Management Office provides Oregon state government with leadership and services that advance workforce development systems. A cooperative effort among agencies, boards and commissions, the PMO provides a foundation that enables agencies to effectively manage workforce development. It also makes possible cost efficiencies, economies of scale, consistency and standards.
The PMO accomplishes its goals through the following actions:
  • Implementing statewide technology applications in the recruiting and learning management fields
  • Developing statewide content, standards and practices for eLearning
The PMO’s statewide technology applications include these systems:
E-Recruit offers state government an online recruiting tool that supplies applicants with a modern recruiting process. The system also provides agencies with greatly improved recruiting capabilities.
iLearnOregon is the statewide learning management system. This Web-based tool provides a platform for classroom and online course registration and delivery, including access to e-learning content. Additional features include transcript tracking, managing certifications and licenses, collaboration tools and workforce management tools.
iLincOregon is the statewide virtual classroom. This Web-based distance-learning tool provides an electronic platform to deliver traditional classroom content. Users log in remotely to view content and collaborate with instructors and other attendees.
