Overview
Project Management

A project is a temporary endeavor undertaken within a defined time frame of short or long duration to meet a unique set of goals and objectives; and bring about some beneficial change or added value, or both. Typical project constraints include budget, scope and time.  "Project Management" is the discipline of planning, organizing, securing, and managing resources to achieve specific project goals.  The primary challenge of project management is achieving all of the project goals and objectives while considering and managing the preconceived constraints through a balanced allocation and integration of project resources.
