Programs within this section are in the process of being divided between the Real Estate Services section in Enterprise Asset Management and the Capitol Planning and Finance section in the Office of the Chief Financial Officer under DAS' new Entrepreneurial Management model.  Check back here for further information.

Here you will find information on resource conservation including: energy and recycling, sustainability efforts for the division, and the statewide facilities planning process. The statewide facilities planning process includes maintaining the statewide facilities database of building conditions.
 
Other services include: area plan coordination and land transaction coordination.
 
This program also coordinates public meetings of the Capital Projects Advisory Board, the Capital Planning Commission, the Public Lands Advisory Committee and the Oregon Sustainability Board.
