OSPS Newsletter


We use this e-mail announcements newsletter to communicate directly to agency payroll staff.  Volume is relatively low, unless there are urgent issues announced.

You should subscribe to OSPS-news if you:

  • Use OSPA to process time and/or benefits for state agency employees (exclusive timekeepers seek manager permission before subscribing)
  • Supervise or manage state agency payroll and benefit staff
  • Interface data to/from OSPA

The quarterly OSPS newsletter has multiple pages of relevant job related information for state payroll professionals.  In addition to offering training information, the OSPS newsletter features tips and tricks gathered from various agencies that will apply statewide, as well as updated information on OSPS work requests and system updates.

Also, the OSPS newsletter will offer a section for staffing and other interesting happenings in OSPS and the various agencies.
