Procurement Services Training on iLearnOregon
is an online learning management system. Functions include a learning catalog, registration, enrollments and transcript management.
The Oregon Department of Administrative Services (DAS) is switching to electronic payment only option to pay for training in the iLearnOregon system. Electronic payment consists of the use of the state SPOTS card, credit card, or P-Card. DAS is no longer offering invoicing as an option for payment when registering for training. If one of the four suggestions listed below is not feasible, please contact DAS's Professional Development Coordinator at 503-378-4202 and they will either work with you to resolve or direct you to the appropriate department / person.
Suggestions for electronic payment:
You are a student and...
- You possess a SPOTS card, credit card, or P-Card, register for training using your card for payment.
- You do NOT possess a SPOTS card, credit card, or P-Card, but a card holder is within proximity, log into iLearnOregon as yourself, locate the course, click the Enroll button next to the class you desire to attend. When prompted for payment, the card holder will type in their card information for payment.
- You are a DAS employee and do NOT possess a SPOTS card and there is NOT a card holder within proximity, you can send a copy of your approved training request form containing your PCA code to the DAS Professional Development Coordinator at email@example.com or Fax 503-378-6879. They will enroll you and pay for the training with her SPOTS card.
- Suggestions one, two or three listed above are NOT feasible, please contact your supervisor to inquire about how to make payment for training.
