Provisional Class C License (Person 16-17 years old can operate same vehicles as a Class C license.)

Class C Instruction Permit (Person at least 18 years old can operate any non-commercial vehicle, except motorcycle, when accompanied by person 21 years of age with valid license.)

Provisional Class C Instruction Permit (Same as Class C Instruction Permit except person is at least 15 years of age.)

Special Student Driver Permits and Emergency Driver Permits (Issued under very limited conditions to someone who is at least 14.)

Class C License with restriction for anything other than corrective lenses.
