This page is a general guide to suppliers on how to conduct business with the State of Oregon and the DAS Procurement Services Office.


Delivering bids and proposals.  If delivering a bid or proposal in person, please note that the  Procurement Services Office reception desk will be open 30 minutes prior to the ITB or RFP closing time to accept your bid or proposal.  If delivering a bid or proposal outside of this window, please follow the instructions posted in the Procurement Services Office lobby to ensure proper reciept of your bid or proposal.   If you need assistance, please use the phone located in the lobby.

NOTE:  Invitations to Bid and Requests for Proposal may include detailed directions regarding when and how to obtain answers to questions, or they may require that interested vendors attend mandatory "pre-bid" meetings at which questions are answered or additional project details are provided. These procedures are intended to insure that everyone receives the same answers and understands the specifications. Be sure to follow these directions precisely to insure that you have complete, accurate information.

Registering as a Business in Oregon
