Low tie bids require an in-state preference, including preference for Colorado Agricultural products.
Construction Projects Colorado law requires that in determining residency status of a contractor whose primary business is not Colorado, the same factors will apply as those used by the contractor´s home state, in order to determine residency status of a contractor whose primary place of business is Colorado.
