The primary responsibility of the Transactions Unit of the DAS  Procurement Services Office is soliciting and negotiating statewide price agreements for the State of Oregon. It also solicits for agency specific contracts.    The Transactions Unit currently manages over 250 statewide price agreements and numerous agency specific contracts.   The Transactions Unit also provides guidance to agencies and suppliers in procurement related questions.
