The TeamSite 6.7.2 upgrade has been released. This upgrade is being implemented because we will be installing a plug-in for Teamsite called "SitePublisher". Version 6.7.2 is also compatible with the newer internet browsers, operating systems, and Java applications that we have been asked to support.
This upgrade is primarily to make the system compatible with SitePublisher, rather than a user interface upgrade. While some functions and features may act or look slightly different after the 6.7.2 upgrade, these changes should be minimal. Because of this, there will be no additional TeamSite training prior to this upgrade. To assist you with the changes you will see, we will be releasing additional documentation outlining the most significant changes.

| Compatability |
|
As this is a new version of the TeamSite software, there may be desktop upgrades required for some users. TeamSite 6.7.2's supported compatibility is limited to:
Windows XP (SP2)
Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 (SP2) and 7.0, Firefox 2.x
Sun Java Runtime Environment 1.5.x
Macintosh OS 10.5
Firefox 2.0
Sun Java Runtime Environment 1.5.x
All client computers require a Java Runtime engine, such as Sun JRE 1.5.x or JDK (downloadable from www.java.sun.com ) or Microsoft JVM.
Sun JRE is recommended; support for Microsoft JVM will be dropped soon. Firefox 3.0 is not a supported browser for TeamSite 6.7.2.
Please note that any TeamSite-related upgrades to your operating system or Java application should not be installed prior to the end of October, or you may see incompatibility with the 6.7.2 version of TeamSite. Please contact your agency's IT department to identify which, if any, of these upgrades you will need and what process you must follow in order to receive them.
