Abstract:
This theme was created by mergeing blocks in the 2000 Census Redistricting block file to create Oregon's Congressional Districts. These district were put into effect by the Multnomah County Circuit court in the fall of 2001 and will stay in effect until ordered by a court, or changed by the 2011 redistricting effort.
Purpose:
