E-Discovery

Overview
 
In 2008, in order to address and provide general information to agencies on
E-discovery topics and issues, the DAS E-Discovery Steering Committee was
formed.  This committee met from 2008 through 2010, and ended in late 2010.
During this time period the committee sponsored an educational forum in both
2008 and 2009.
 
The resulting work products from these efforts included information and general
resources provided through educational presentations/forums, which were successful in raising awareness and understanding of e-discovery topics and issues.
