CPAB Board Members
Tom McMullen, Chair
Tom Chairs the Board  currently works at Chemeketa Community College.  He's spent about 35 years working in K-12 education.  He is a professional architect with a focus on the design of buildings.   He wants to help agencies focus on their buildings and protecting the state's investment. 
 

Denny Nielsen, Vice Chair
Denny is currently retired after 40 years of service at Salem Hospital.  As Vice President of Salem Hospital, he oversaw property acquisition, development and construction.
 

Bob Stutte
Bob is the President of Norris Stevens.  Since its founding in 1966, Norris & Stevens, Inc. has grown to one of the largest locally owned commercial real estate firms in Oregon and SW Washington.  Bob offers market knowledge and experience from property management to relocations, investments, development, and leasing.
 

Peter Fernandez
Peter is the Public Works Director for the City of Salem.  The Public Works Department is responsible for providing and maintaing the infrastructure necessary for the basic urban needs of the people of Salem.  This includes a safe and reliable road system, healthy and plentiful water supplies, a well-functioning storm drainage system and proper treatment of waste water.
 

Vickie Hardin Woods
Vickie is the Director of Community Development for the City of Salem.  The Department's Mission is to assist the public to develop and implement a dynamic and practical vision of Salem.   Goals are: Encouraging public/private partnerships to direct the growth and development of Salem; Achieving long-range goals based on consistent and equal implementation of codes and policies; Facilitating investment in, and enhancement of the City's residential, commercial, industrial, public and natural resources.
 

Alan Maul
Alan is currently retired after over 30 years with the Oregon Department of Forestry.  He spent his last 10 years with the agency as its first Facilities Manager.  During this time, he created the agency's facilities unit and oversaw the overall planning and construction of the new Salem Headquarters compound.  Alan has a B.S. in Forest engineering and a MF of Forestry from Oregon State University.  Alan also spent over 20 years in the Oregon Air National Guard as an engineering and construction officer, retiring from there in 1991 with the rank of Lt. Col.
 

Lisa Strader
Lisa is President of The Strader Group LLC.
