The State of Oregon leases over 4 million square feet of office space from private landowners.
The State of Oregon solicits information on properties for leases for 10,000 square feet or more through a "Hot Sheet" process. To receive Hot Sheets when they are issued, send a request to leasing.facilities@state.or.us. Please include your name, company, telephone number, fax number and e-mail address. If you do not have an e-mail address, please send your fax number and address and we will deliver the Hot Sheets to your fax or send by mail. You can also mail a written request to:

For leases smaller than 10,000 square feet, the Facilities Leasing Agents use "Loop Net", local newspapers, and other resources to provide Agencies with a selection of properties that might meet their space requirements.
