The Labor Relations Unit represents the Governor on behalf of all executive branch agencies in collective bargaining. Currently the Labor Relations Unit administers 31 collective bargaining agreements. These cover approximately 27,600 employees who are represented by 10 different labor organizations and one SEIU bargaining unit of 12,000 home care workers.
