| Overview |
|
iLincOregon is the statewide virtual classroom. A virtual classroom is a learning environment created in a virtual space that replicates an in-classroom environment. Users log in remotely via their personal computer to view content and collaborate with instructors and other attendees.
In order to participate in the virtual courses attendees need to make sure they are set up before the day of the class.

| Computer System Requirements |
|
The virtual classroom is conducted over the internet and may use voice over internet protocol (VOIP), which allows the instructor and students to communicate via a headset with a microphone.
The computer you use to attend the virtual classroom needs to have an internet connection with a sound card.
The system test will examine the basic compatibility of the computer's browser, cookie settings, screen resolution and color depth.

| Audio Requirements for VOIP |
|
In order to participate in the virtual classroom that is using voice over internet protocol (VOIP), you will need either a headset with a microphone OR a microphone with speakers. A headset with a microphone is necessary in order to participate in the virtual classroom from your desk or a computer lab station.
