Technology Support Center - Video Services Account Set-up

New Account Setup Starting March 23, 2009
 
The Technology Support Center provides video and audio conference bridging, support and associated services to several public entities and their partners. TSC supports IP based and ISDN based conferencing.
 
Starting March 23, 2009, the Technology Support Center (TSC) Video Services will be implementing a new policy that will require all participants who use or would like to use our bridging services to fill out the attached request form. A new site can be:
  • A guest invited to your conference
  • An existing customer adding a new site or moves a site.
 
This form will allow us to identify remote sites of your guests to better serve your needs.  In addition, it will allow us to ensure timely response, confirmation and scheduling of your video conferencing request as well as allowing us to plan and maintain a consistent approach to all conferencing requests.
 
TSC will complete its part in processing the form no later than five (5) business days from the date received.  During this time, video and audio testing may begin to ensure connections are setup properly for the guest site to join the day of the conference.
