2009 Ways & Means Subcommittee Crosswalk
The following crosswalks show how Oregon agencies in each subcommittee self-link key performance measures (KPMs) to Oregon Benchmarks. The packets juxtapose Oregon’s Benchmark progress to state agency KPM results based on pages excerpted from their FY 2008 Annual Performance Progress Reports, accurate as of January 2009.

2005 Ways & Means Subcommittee Crosswalk
The following benchmark/performance measure packets were prepared by the Progress Board for each Ways & Means subcommittee. All the benchmark/performance measure linkages identified in Oregon state agencies' 2004 Annual Performance Progress Reports and 2003-05 Performance Measure forms have been aggregated. This allows a legislator to see the sum total of agency performance measures pointing toward each benchmark in his or her subcommittee. Agencies with links to each benchmark that are outside a subcommittee’s purview are also listed. For easy reference, the relevant pages from the 2004 Annual Performance Progress Reports are appended.
