How to reset your password to log in to your benefit record
Go to https://pebb.benefits.oregon.gov. Click the red Get It Now button on the left of the screen.
Enter your employee ID information: Your first and last name as on your pay statement, your birth date (use the required format) and your choice of ID number without hyphens or spaces.
Note: Your PEBB Benefit Number is on the tear-off Benefit Information Card in your Open Enrollment packet.
After you've entered the ID information, click the blue Continue button.
Choose how you want to get your log in information. You can choose security questions or email.
Security questions: When you correctly answer the security question you previously determined, the system will find your record so you can create a new password. If you answer incorrectly three times and get locked out, call your agency payroll or benefit office during regular office hours. See http://cms.oregon.gov/das/pebb/pages/contact_agency_uni_PEBB.aspx.
Email: Select an email address you previously entered in the system, and retrieve the email from PEBB at that address. Go back to https://pebb.benefits.oregon.gov. From the PEBB email message, paste your user name in the User Name field and your temporary password in the Password field. Click the red Log In button. Reset your password, and click the blue Save and Continue button.
