Message to Public Employees’ Benefit Board’s (PEBB’s) Interested Parties:

Following is PEBB’s AMENDED June 2013 public meeting schedule. All meeting dates, times and locations are subject to change and additional meetings may be added at a later date.

CANCELLED: Tues., June 11, 2013 – 2015 Medical RFP Performance Subcommittee Meeting, 12:30-2:30 p.m., PEBB/OEBB Board Room, DAS * East, General Services Bldg., 1225 Ferry St SE, Ste B, Salem, OR.
The Subcommittee will meet in a public session to discuss performance metrics as they relate to the 2015 Request for Proposal. [NOTE: Written public comment only is accepted at this meeting.]
                                                                                                                                                    
AMENDED: Tues., June 18, 2013 – Board Meeting, 10:30-11:30 a.m., PEBB/OEBB Board Room, DAS * East, General Services Bldg., 1225 Ferry St SE, Ste B, Salem, OR.
The Board will meet in a public session to conduct Board business.

NEW: Tues., June 18, 2013 – Executive Session, 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m., PEBB/OEBB Board Room, DAS * East, General Services Bldg., 1225 Ferry St SE, Ste B, Salem, OR.
The Board will meet in an executive session to discuss PEBB’s 2015 DRAFT Medical Request for Proposal. This executive session is convened pursuant to ORS 192.660(2)(f), which allows a governing body to hold an executive session to consider information or records that are exempt by law from public inspection. Decisions will not be made during this meeting.

Executive Session: No admittance unless stated below. Thank you.
Representatives of the news media, PEBB staff, and PEBB consultants can attend this executive session. No decisions will be made in this executive session. Representatives of the media are specifically directed to not report on any of the deliberations during this executive session, except to state the general subject of the session as previously announced.

Parking at the Dept. of Administrative Services General Services Building:
Limited metered parking is available on Ferry Street, nearby streets and in the surface lot at the corner of 13th and Ferry Streets. Half- and full-day parking permits can be purchased at the Parking Office, 1100 Airport Road, SE, Salem, OR 97301-6674. Permits are valid for the Ferry Street Parking Structure Rooftop visitor spaces, or for meters in the General Services Building's surface lot, or on the 1200 block of Ferry Street SE.

The meeting location is accessible to persons with disabilities. A request for an interpreter for the hearing impaired or for other accommodations for persons with disabilities should be made at least 48 hours before the meeting to Chérie Taylor, 503-378-6296.
