Chair McKenna called the meeting to order and then called for a motion to approve the Subcommittee’s minutes from its Feb. 13, 2012, meeting.
ACTION: Tom Jovick moved to approve the minutes. His motion was carried by Chair McKenna, passing unanimously.

Projected v. Actual Cash Flow (info/discuss: Opsatt.2)
Deputy Administrator Loretz reviewed PEBB’s cash flow through Jan. 2012.

Stabilization Fund (info/discuss: Opsatts.3/3A/3B)
Deputy Administrator Loretz presented a deposits and expenditures account of PEBB’s Risk Stabilization Fund for CY 2011, and Mikel Gray, Mercer, presented an updated projection of 2012-13 ending balances.
Deputy Administrator Loretz corrected Opsatt.3 (Stabilization Fund, second bullet), which should reflect IBNR transfer to DCBS as $0.5 million, rather than the stated $5 million.
