Look for your Open Enrollment packet - coming soon!
We’ll be sending your Open Enrollment packet to the address in your benefit record later this month to give you timely information for choosing and enrolling in a 2014 health plan. It's a good idea to log into your benefit record before Open Enrollment to check your address and other contact information.

You'll have extra time to enroll this year
We’ve scheduled extra time for this year’s Open Enrollment period – two full months: from Sept. 1 through Oct. 31. The welcome letter in your Open Enrollment packet gives a quick overview of what’s new for 2014 benefits and how you can engage with us in advancing our shared vision of better health, better care and lower costs for all of us.

We're simplifying systems
Our health plan partners – Providence and Kaiser – are working to give members a smoother experience when they log into their confidential online health assessment during Open Enrollment. This brings up a reminder for Kaiser members: if you haven’t yet registered for your online-Kaiser account, do this now – before Open Enrollment begins – to get a temporary password timely.

Scheduling under way now for fall flu shot clinics
We're sponsoring free worksite flu shot clinics again this year to make it convenient for you to access this important preventive measure. The clinic provider works with agency reps to set up clinics for groups of 20 or more employees. Getting the flu vaccine as early as it becomes available is always a good idea, and the protection you get from vaccination will last throughout the flu season.
