Your benefits cover Weight Watchers© for children age10 and older in 2013.

As a principal subscriber in a PEBB medical plan, you already have access to no-cost participation in Weight Watchers, as does your covered spouse or domestic partner. This year, you can make weekly Weight Watchers meetings a family activity.

Note that kids age 10-16 need to bring a note from their health care provider to the first meeting.

If you live in Lane, Douglas, Coos, Curry, Jackson or Klamath counties, call 1-800-651-6000. 
 
To renew your participation in Weight Watchers at no-cost, you need to have participated in at least 10 sessions in the previous 13-week series. This means you can participate without cost throughout the year.
