In an effort to promote more sharing of best practices and ideas, DAS is hosting an Accounts Receivable Process Improvement Initiative. Between August and November, we are asking agencies to look at any process changes that they have made in the last couple of years and to share that on a brief form.
Examples of qualifying initiatives include:
increased collections
improved process efficiencies
administrative savings
Agencies that wish to participate should complete the Initiative Form (doc) and email to the SWARM Coordinator.
The benefit is that everyone will truly be the winner of the shared knowledge of proven success stories. All forms received by DAS will be posted on the ARCC website for others to read and consider for their agency.

As initiatives are received, they will be posted below. A/R staff are encouraged to read the submitted initiatives and look for new ideas to improve collections within their agencies.
