The ARCC Business plan is a component of the State Controller's Divsion Business Plan and is scheduled for annual review and revision each July.  The accounts receivable information is part of the Statewide Financial Services beginning on page 115.  It includes an organization chart as well as the accounts receivable goals and timelines.  The Business Plan also provides the A/R Performance Measures and a list of accomplishments and recent trainings.
