Procurement Phase, 2003-04
Procurement documents library - relating to the state's original request for proposals (RFP) process to acquire consulting services for the CNIC Project. The RFP process resulted in a contract award to Accenture, LLP in March 2004. The contractual relationship with Accenture concluded July 2006.
