The RFP process resulted in a contract award to Accenture, LLP in March 2004. The contractual relationship with Accenture concluded in July 2006.

Phase I Evaluation Process
The Computing and Networking Infrastructure Consolidation RFP outlined an evaluation process of up to five phases as follows:
 
Phase 1:  Evaluation of Minimum Proposal Requirements
Phase 2:  Evaluation of Technical Proposal
Phase 3:  Evaluation of Cost Proposal
Phase 4:  Ranking of Proposals
Phase 5:  Interview(s), if deemed necessary in the sole discretion of the State
 
Following the Phase 4 Ranking of Proposals, the state exercised its option to hold Phase 5 Interviews.  This Phase 5 interview process was completed on January 30, 2004.

Following the completion of the Phase 5 Interview process, the Evaluation Team made a unanimous selection decision to issue a notice of intent to award a contract to Accenture, LLP.
 
The state of Oregon entered into a contract with Accenture, LLP, on March 15, 2004.
