| ALIAS Overview |

The Agency Loss Information Access System (ALIAS ) is a Web-based system that allows state agencies to access and print their own Risk Management Loss Reports, i.e., Quarterly Open, Quarterly Closed, Semi-Annual Claim Detail, and Annual Detail Reports.
In addition, ALIAS has a Customized Download feature for state agencies to create reports in either Excel or Access. When using the Customized Download feature, they can virtually choose any claim type (except Employment claims), field, or value available in the Risk Management Division´s data system. State agencies have the ability to slice and dice their agency´s losses, citizen complaints, or police citations in any way that makes them happy. That´s why we call the system ALIAS - it is "whatever you want to call it."
We highly recommend agency personnel have, at a minimum, basic Excel or Access level skills and training before attempting to manipulate their agency´s loss data via a Customized Download.
Access to ALIAS is limited to state agency Risk Coordinators. If you are an agency Risk Coordinator and have not received your ALIAS User ID and Password please email or call Shelley Hadfield at (503) 373-0706. All other interested parties should contact their agency Risk Coordinator for information.
