Registering for ORPIN access if you are a public entity
Buyers and Agency procurement staff:
If you are a Public Entity (tax supported organization), which includes the types of organizations listed below, do not register under Supplier Registration.
State Agency Employees:
Contact your ORPIN Agency Coordinator (OAC) to add accounts or get assistance.
Other Public Entities and ORCPP Members:
Please contact the support line at (503) 378-4642 for general assistance or
Nancy Ahlbin at (503) 378-2497 for user IDs or membership questions.
