Project Description
- Taking a snapshot of the current Oregon Procurement System & DAS-SPO operations.
- Benchmarking other organizations to determine best practices.
- Defining a world class procurement system for Oregon.
- Identifying & implementing the practical actions to create a world-class procurement system.
NOTE: "Procurement System", for the purposes of SIP, is composed of legal requirements, operational practices and processes of all stakeholders which contribute to Oregon’s procurement process, this includes DAS-SPO.
Intended Results
By achieving these results, service to all system stakeholders will be enhanced.
- Defined and strengthened use of performance measures
