Low tie bids require an in-state preference, including preference for Colorado agricultural products.

Construction Projects: Colorado law requires that in determining residency status of a contractor whose primary business is not Colorado, must use the same factors used by the contractor´s home state to determine residency status of a contractor whose primary place of business is Colorado. (8-19-102.5 CRS)
