Reciprocal law applies to supplies (including printing) for state procurements in excess of $10,000.00. Pennsylvania resident bidders for state contracts exceeding $10,000.00 also receive the reciprocal preference.

5% bidding preference for products with recycled content. Pennsylvania's Resident Labor Law for construction contracts was found to be unconstitutional by the United States Court 
of Appeals, Third Circuit, and it was repealed by Act 58 of 1998.
