The Workforce Development Administrator is a position within the Office of Human Resources shared services. This position is responsible for Human Resources Management including the application and adherence to all laws, rules, and policies pertaining to human resource matters, as well as the administration of the collective bargaining agreement. The Workforce Development Administrator provides services to the DHS and OHA staff, and to DHS and OHA community partners that focus on Human Resource Workforce Development issues.
