The Department of State Lands (DSL) is seeking an experienced manager to serve as the Reserve Manager for the South Slough National Estuarine Research Reserve (SSNERR) located in Charleston, Coos County.  The Reserve Manager will lead a collaborative team of scientists, build coalitions and partnerships and work with community and volunteer groups. 

The SSNERR was established in 1974 pursuant to an agreement between the State of Oregon and the US Department of Commerce’s Office of Ocean and Coastal Resources Management. The Board of Tax Practitioners (Tax Board) is seeking a skilled leader to serve as the agency’s Executive Director. This position will direct the programs conducted by the Board of Tax Practitioners, through four programs; Licensing, Examination and Education, Compliance Enforcement/Consumer Awareness, and Administration. This is a permanent, full-time, executive service position located in Salem. If you are hired, you will become part of the State’s Executive Service team.
 
The State Board of Tax Practitioners is a consumer protection agency whose mission is to insure that people who prepare personal tax returns for others, for a fee, are competent and ethical in their professional practices.
