Annual Performance Measures

In the fall of 2009, leaders of the Department of Administrative Services began a journey to visibly and measurably transform the agency so that it can effectively and efficiently meet the policy and service needs of its stakeholders and customers.
 
As part of theWall-2-Wall Initiative, DAS is bringing a systematic approach to eliminating waste, improving quality, and increasing customer satisfaction using tools such as an entrepreneurial management business model, a new management system for the agency and process-improvement methods such as Lean.
