Team Charter (doc) 
A team charter sets out the scope of the process that will undergo the Kaizen, establishes the goals and objectives of the event, identifies any work that must be completed prior to the event, and identifies the team members.
Event Preparation Checklist (doc) 
Learn about this four-day rapid improvement event and the teamwork that eliminating waste and improving processes demands. Event topics include defining a target area, scope and goals; mapping existing processes; and implementing solutions.
Event Agenda (doc) 
A Kaizen event consists of training; mapping and evaluating; defining the new process; implementing the new process; celebrating and reporting.
