images of the state of OregonOn July 1, 2012, DAS transitioned to a new business model known as Entrepreneurial Management, the heart of which is customer involvement.

Under the EM business model, DAS will make several organizational shifts, structuring the agency to resolve any confusion caused by its simultaneous roles: policy-making and service-delivery. Customer-led utility boards for each DAS service enterprise will reflect the voices of the agency's diverse customer base and include agencies of all sizes.

Meet our Service-delivery Partners

The Chief HR Office works closely with members of the DAS Enterprise HR Services group. While the CHRO oversees HR policy and legal matters, class and compensation, executive recruitment, workforce development and labor relations, their partners on the EHRS team deliver a full range of HR services to small agencies, boards and comissions. Agencies that need help with recruitment, employee relations and the state's HR systems will enjoy working with the seasoned professionals in EHRS.
