The task force would appreciate recommendations and input related to the Oregon insurance market. The task force has previously heard presentations from American Actuarial Consulting Group, insurers, and insurance agents. The public comment portion will begin at approximately 10:30 a.m. Speakers will be limited to five minutes, unless extended by the chair. Please be prepared to discuss whether you support or oppose specific recommendations. Anyone wishing to submit written materials to the task force may do so by providing a hard copy to task force staff prior to the meeting. Please provide 20 collated copies of any written materials. Staff will distribute copies to task force members as well as place a copy in the public record. Staff respectfully requests that you send an electronic copy of your written materials to dcbs.cctf@state.or.us for the purpose of placing your material on the task force website.
