The task force would appreciate hearing comments from interested parties and members of the public regarding the package of 11 proposals the task force recommending. The public comment portion will begin at approximately 12:20 p.m. Speakers will be limited to five minutes, unless extended by the chair. Please be prepared to discuss whether you support or oppose specific recommendations or proposals. This meeting is the last scheduled opportunity for the public to provide comments to the task force.
The task force respectfully requests that testimony or exhibits intended to be presented to the task force at this meeting be presented in advance to allow the task force to review this information prior to the meeting. Electronic copies may be sent to dcbs.cctf@state.or.us. Anyone wishing to submit written materials to the task force may do so by providing a hard copy to task force staff prior to the meeting. Please provide 20 collated copies of any written materials. Staff will distribute copies to task force members as well as place a copy in the public record.
