Legislative Concept Review In anticipation of the 2009 Oregon legislative session, MLAC will be reviewing legislative proposals impacting the workers' compensation system and make recommendations to the Oregon Legislature. MLAC will begin reviewing stakeholder legislative concepts at its October 17th meeting. This review will continue at future MLAC meetings. Stakeholders who intend to submit legislative concepts for the 2009 legislative session should contact Kristen Miller at 503-947-7866 or e-mail at kristen.i.miller@state.or.us.
