We are here to help you informally resolve any problems or disputes that might arise between the parties involved in your claim, and we can answer your questions about the workers' compensation system. There is no charge for our services.

Benefit Levels for Fatal Injuries
The Oregon workers' compensation benefits for accepted fatal injuries are effective July 1, 2012. The benefits apply to Oregon injured workers subject to ORS Chapter 656 with dates of injury on or after July 1, 2012.
