The home care workers’ role is a crucial one, because in many instances, the employer’s quality of life diminishes without the services provided.     An independent state agency that serves long-term care facility residents through complaint investigation, resolution and advocacy for improvement in resident care. To file a complaint about a long-term care provider call 1-800-522-2602.
