Directions to the Labor and Industries Building: From I-5, Salem Parkway Exit:
Travel I-5 to Salem, then take the Salem Parkway exit and follow to
city center. Turn left on Center Street and proceed five blocks. The
Labor and Industries Building is on the corner of Center and Winter
streets.
From I-5 north-bound, Market Street Exit:
Travel I-5 to Market Street Exit. Turn left on Market and follow Market to Summer Street.
Turn left on Summer, then:
From Summer, turn right on Marion, move into left lane, take the
first left on Winter Street, proceed one block to Center Street. The
Labor and Industries Building is on the corner of Center and Winter
streets.
OR
Follow Summer to its end. You will be forced to turn left onto
Center Street. Take the first right on Capitol and turn right again at
the stop sign on Chemeketa Street. This will take you to the
underground Capitol Mall parking lot. You may go straight through to
Winter Street or turn right into the parking structure, where metered
parking is available near the building entrances. The Labor and
Industries Building is on the northwest end.
From I-5 south-bound, Market Street Exit:
Travel I-5 to Market Street Exit. Turn right on Market and follow Market to Summer Street.
Turn left on Summer, then:
Follow Summer to Marion Street, turn right on Marion, move into left
lane, take the first left on Winter Street, proceed one block to Center
Street. The Labor and Industries Building is on the corner of Center
and Winter streets.
OR
Take Summer Street; You will be forced to turn left onto Center
Street. Take the first right on Capitol and turn right again at the
stop sign on Chemeketa Street. This will take you to the underground

or turn right into the parking structure, where metered parking is

From I-5, Exit 258:
Take Exit 258, which puts you on 99E (Portland Road). Continue south
on 99E, following State Capitol signs. Use directions for Market Street
Exit, above.
From I-5, Exit 253:
Take Exit 253 to Hwy. 22 West. Take the Willamette University/State
Offices exit and follow the signs for 12th Street/State Offices. Turn
left onto Chemeketa Street, cross Capitol Street, right into the
parking garage and park in the "purple" area.
From I-5, Mission Street/Hwy. 22 Exit:
Take the Mission Street/Hwy. 22 Exit, turn left. You'll cross over
the freeway. Then turn right on Airport Road. Follow Airport Road to
State Street, turn left on State Street. State makes a right-hand jog
at 13th and a left-hand jog at Court. Follow Court to Winter, turn
right on Winter, go one block to the 300 block. The Labor and
Industries Building will be on your right, at the corner of Center and
Winter streets.
Parking:
Two-hour metered parking is available on both sides of Winter Street
in front of the Labor and Industries Building. There are also metered
spaces available in the underground parking structure off Chemeketa
Street near the entrance to the Labor and Industries Building,
northwest corner of the parking structure.
